working on being present

ooOOoWE… life has been good so far!  Yes only 18 years in and I have yet to taste the fruits of life. 

Who are you? The common question or suffering one seems to go through - from what I have observe. I'm a practitioner, and you are too. I practice being myself, not trying to be someone else. I just be!

The philosophy I live by is “don't accept nor deny any ideas” I practice and see if it works, if it does that's good - if it doesn't that's ok too. 

Don't mislead yourself to you wondering what the fudge does this 18 year old know about life  - but I do. I look forward to shit happenings, like obstacles thrown at me without warnings, just like everyone else. I do my best to accept them and move on, sometimes I make the mistakes twice - that's ok too. HAHAHA everything is ok, if one looks at it from the funny point of view because at the end YOU can't turn back time. I say LAUGH about it, EAT on it, FART, and LOVE your mistakes. 

I'm here to make friends of all kinds…. I'm one who enjoys conversation with complete strangers - creepy! Yes I know, but I just love it! 

Here is a little bit about the life I have lived so far. I'm first generation Hmong American. Grew up in a greatly German influenced town somewhere  in the Heartland of America. For 12 years my family and I celebrated Oktoberfest and picked up some German habits. We then relocated to the Twin Cities, Minnesota nice. Did acting for a while until mama said no - Now I'm anticipating for my Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training at It's Yoga In San Francisco this summer!
